Psych Scene Pty Ltd (“We”, “Us”) does not accept and expressly disclaims any responsibility for the content or outcomes of any such health advice and/or care provided by any Website User (“You”).

To the extent permitted by law, You agree that your use of Our Website and its content is entirely at Your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, We exclude all statutory or implied conditions and warranties and any other liability we may have to You (including liability for indirect or consequential loss) that may arise under statute or at law including without limitation for breach of contract, in tort (including negligence) or under any other cause of action. To the extent permitted by law, We limit our liability under any condition or warranty which cannot be legally excluded in relation to the supply of goods as follows:

resupplying the goods; or
the payment of the costs of having the goods supplied again.

USER OBLIGATION

If you are seeking to view the Psych Scene training material on this website, you must register and subscribe. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to ACCEPT these Terms of Use. On doing so, you will be deemed to have consented to and you will be bound by these Terms of Use. Visitors to the site merely wishing to view general information do not need to subscribe. However, any use of this site constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms of Use, which takes effect the moment you first use the site.

Psych Scene reserves the right at any time to change the terms, conditions and notices under which its services are offered, including but not limited to these Terms of Use, by posting such changes online. It is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these updated terms and conditions upon accessing the site. ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS OF USE

You must be 18 years or over or possess legal parental or guardian consent to register as a user/subscriber of this website.

USERNAME, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

Your subscription package is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to share your account with or distribute the provided materials to any other party or use the materials for teaching purposes without Psych Scene’s prior, written permission. When you register as a subscriber of any of the Online Courses on this website, you will be asked to select your login details. Your username and password allow you to access your account and log on to areas of the site that are reserved for subscribers only. You accept that it is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your subscriber details and that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under them. You agree to use your subscriber details and view the videos only in person and to notify Psych Scene immediately of any unauthorised use of your username and password or any other breach of security as soon as you become aware of it.

Any private information that you supply voluntarily as part of the registration & subscription process, will only be used by Psych Scene, our employees, subcontractors, agents and advisors, including legal advisors, as part of the process of administering your subscription. In addition, we may, at our sole discretion, disclose this information to the police, regulatory bodies or any legal advisers in connection with any suspected breach of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to any claim of infringement by you, or otherwise where required by law. Otherwise, this information will be kept private and confidential and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

HOLD HARMLESS AND ABSOLVE OF LIABILITY

You agree to hold harmless and absolve of liability Psych Scene and its representatives regarding any content and features of this website. You acknowledge and agree that the offered material cannot be considered as direct consultation or advice for the treatment of any specific patients and that these materials are intended purely as educational resources.

COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Psych Scene reserves all rights in and to the website and its content. Other than as expressly permitted with written consent, you may not engage in the unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of any of said or written content. All copyright, trademarks, service marks and other intellectual property rights in this site (including the design, arrangement, and look and feel) and all material or content supplied as part of the site, shall remain at all times the property of Psych Scene, its affiliates and/or associated businesses. The names, images and logos identifying Psych Scene are proprietary marks of Psych Scene, its associated businesses and/or affiliates.

The Psych Scene Online Courses are designed to be technically compatible with third-party software to facilitate easy and convenient viewing of its videos. You may not distribute, transmit, broadcast, commercially exploit or modify in any way material or content or permit or assist any third party in doing the same. You may not aggregate, embed or ﾑdeep-linkﾒ content from this website onto your own website, service or platform for commercial or any other purposes without the prior written consent of Psych Scene. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

THE ACADEMY SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT

You agree to The Academy Subscriber Agreement by your acceptance of the The Academy Terms & Conditions within the registration process and ratify your agreement when you use any aspect of The Academy Service. If you do not agree to The Academy Subscriber Agreement, you may not use it.

SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS

Your subscription to The Academy Service includes enrolment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new billing period unless cancelled as per the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing. In the event of a price change, we will attempt to notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have registered for your account. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email and below. If you do not cancel your subscription after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of your new subscription period, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorise us to charge your payment method these amounts.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

You can cancel your subscription through your account at any time before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your annual subscription period. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

In order to gain the best experience from these Online Courses we recommend that you access the website using either a desktop or laptop computer. The site can be accessed via iPhone and iPad devices however; we recommend a big-screen experience. The following system characteristics are recommended:

Late model desktop or laptop computer running the latest version of your preferred web browser software such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari
Web browser running the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. We recommend Flash Player version 10+

You acknowledge the above-mentioned system requirements and agree that if your system does not fulfil these requirements you accept any interruptions or errors in the viewing of the Psych Interview website and its video/text content.
