Your subscription package is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to share your account with or distribute the provided materials to any other party or use the materials for teaching purposes without Psych Scene’s prior, written permission. When you register as a subscriber of any of the Online Courses on this website, you will be asked to select your login details. Your username and password allow you to access your account and log on to areas of the site that are reserved for subscribers only. You accept that it is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your subscriber details and that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under them. You agree to use your subscriber details and view the videos only in person and to notify Psych Scene immediately of any unauthorised use of your username and password or any other breach of security as soon as you become aware of it.
Any private information that you supply voluntarily as part of the registration & subscription process, will only be used by Psych Scene, our employees, subcontractors, agents and advisors, including legal advisors, as part of the process of administering your subscription. THE ACADEMY SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT
You agree to The Academy Subscriber Agreement by your acceptance of the The Academy Terms & Conditions within the registration process and ratify your agreement when you use any aspect of The Academy Service. If you do not agree to The Academy Subscriber Agreement, you may not use it.
SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS
Your subscription to The Academy Service includes enrolment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new billing period unless cancelled as per the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing. In the event of a price change, we will attempt to notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have registered for your account. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email and below. If you do not cancel your subscription after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of your new subscription period, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorise us to charge your payment method these amounts.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
Any subscriber to these Online Courses is required to make full payment of their chosen subscription package via the offered online payment facility prior to receiving access to the course material included in that specific package. The subscriber must make their purchase decision mindfully, as the order is definite once submitted. No refunds are offered for change-of-heart cancellations or purchases processed in error. Right to cancellation may be accepted only in very specific cases, however, no later than 5 days after the start of the subscription. Psych Scene may, at its discretion, cancel a subscriber’s account for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use. Under such circumstances, Psych Scene will refund to the account holder a pro-rated portion of their paid subscription fees. A cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted from all refund amounts payable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, to cover for the transaction fees charged by the payment facility.
You can cancel your subscription through your account at any time before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your annual subscription period. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
In order to gain the best experience from these Online Courses we recommend that you access the website using either a desktop or laptop computer. The site can be accessed via iPhone and iPad devices however; we recommend a big-screen experience. The following system characteristics are recommended:
- Late model desktop or laptop computer running the latest version of your preferred web browser software such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari
- Web browser running the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. We recommend Flash Player version 10+
- Internet connection capable of delivering download speeds of at least 1.5Mbps per second
