While the majority of the resources are included in the annual subscription fee, some webinars and longer courses may require payment. However, if any courses require payment, members of the academy can access these at a discounted rate. The reason for the cost is due to the investment required to produce these materials and adequately compensate the speakers and team involved.

Can I purchase a membership for a shorter duration, such as monthly or quarterly?
Currently, we only offer an annual academy membership as it aligns with our educational philosophy of promoting comprehensive learning through interconnected courses. We do not offer shorter-duration memberships to ensure our members have ample time to explore and benefit from the full range of courses available.
What if I only need one specific course and not the entire academy membership?
We understand that you may have specific learning needs, but we highly recommend considering the annual academy membership. How do I purchase the annual academy membership?
You can purchase the annual academy membership directly from the website. Visit the Join Now page and follow the instructions to complete your purchase securely. Once you’ve completed the purchase, you’ll gain immediate access to all the courses within the academy.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
The Academy membership is an annual recurring subscription. The annual membership fee is charged when you subscribe, and your membership will automatically renew each year using your nominated payment method unless you cancel before your renewal date.

To prevent an automatic renewal, you must complete the cancellation through your account or submit your cancellation request before the renewal date. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current annual subscription period.
Refunds are not provided solely because a subscriber has changed their mind, made a purchase in error or has not used the full subscription period. Refund requests submitted within five days of the start of a subscription may be considered only in limited circumstances. Where a refund is approved, payment gateway fees of up to 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
Psych Scene may, at its discretion, cancel a subscriber’s account for any reason, including a breach of the Terms and Conditions. In these circumstances, a pro-rata refund may be provided where applicable.
This policy does not exclude any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I access the academy on my phone?
Yes, the Academy is accessible on your smartphone (Android, Desktop, and iOS) and laptop.
Will I need internet access to stream videos?
Yes, internet access is needed.
We recommend a minimum connection speed of 1.5Mbps. This is usually available on most home and hospital computers. If your computer does not show the video within a few seconds, it is advisable to wait for the video to upload.
