Welcome to Neuroscience and Advanced Psychopharmacology of ADHD.
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterised by symptoms of inattention, impulsivity and locomotor hyperactivity. This course will focus on the neurobiology and psychopharmacology of this condition.
This course should take approximately 2.5 hours for you to complete going through the following journey:
Throughout this course, we will:
- discuss the neurobiology of ADHD
- recognise the psychopharmacology of stimulant and non-stimulant medications for ADHD.
- discuss the legal requirements and implications for prescribing authorities.
